Lenten Parish Mission in Unity, SK

From March 12th to 15th, we carried out a parish mission in the small town of Unity, Saskatchewan, in St. Peter's Parish, at the invitation of the pastor, Father Gregory. The focus was on the formation of the parishioners about Lent.

Throughout the 3 days, we peached about prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. We also introduced the theme of Sacred Scripture and Lectio Divina. About 60 people were present in the talks each day.

We also had the opportunity to visit the Catholic School and talk with the students in their classrooms. We explained about religious and missionary life, our Community, the Rosary, as well as answer their various questions.
